Maheen Sadruddin works as a Paralegal for De La Housaye & Associates and handles a broad range of responsibilities ranging from litigation and trial preparation to Estate Planning and transactional matters.  She handles corporate client needs, including, assisting with entity formation and formalities, Minute preparation and assisting lead counsel on corporate compliance.  Additionally, Ms. Sadruddin is a Notary Public and a licensed Real Estate Agent, which helps with the firm's Estate Planning needs, transactional matters and title work.  She also works as litigation assistant to counsel in the areas of filing, discovery, pleadings, calendaring and trial preparation at the Superior, Appellate and Federal Court levels.
