Cheryl Noll serves as a litigation attorney focusing primarily on construction defect defense cases and civil litigation. Ms. Noll received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cal Polytechnic University. Ms. Noll received her J.D. degree from the University of California at San Diego.
As an integral part of the business litigation department, Ms. Noll’s litigation experience transcends many facets of the De La Housaye & Associates trial work. Other experience includes advising city government on Charter City strategy and public programs, chairing bond measure and parcel tax campaigns and leading numerous community and educational support programs through all stages of evolution.
Currently, Ms. Noll chairs the Lafayette Charter City and Communication Committee, serves on the Executive Board of the Lafayette Community Foundation, is a member of the Governance Committee for the Lafayette Library and Learning Center Foundation, and is on the Board of Directors of the Lamorinda Chapter of The National Charity League, Inc.
