Brian Carideo is an associate attorney in the Walnut Creek and San Francisco offices of De La Housaye & Associates. During law school, Mr. Carideo was Editor in Chief of the USF Maritime Law Journal and clerked with the United States Department of Justice in its Civil Maritime Torts Branch.

In 2010 Mr. Carideo was a founding partner at The O'Nell Carideo Law Group, LLP, which soon became O'Nell, Carideo & Rueppel, LLP. He has worked on litigation matters involved with business torts, trusts & estate disputes, landlord/tenant cases (commercial & residential), real estate matters, many aspects of maritime law, state and federal workers' compensation claims and other areas of law. Mr. Carideo's transactional work has found him acting as general counsel to local companies, working on mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, forming business entities, as well as business succession planning and estate planning for individuals and families.

Mr. Carideo is a member of the California State Bar's Business Section as well as the Bar Association of San Francisco, where he is a member of the Executive Committee of the USF Chapter of the American Inns of Court, an organization designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
