De La Housaye & Associates is a thriving practice with offices in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, and Walnut Creek and San Francisco in Northern California. The firm is sought after for its expertise in litigation and business transactional law, and for its leadership, integrity and personal attention to clients.

Angela De La Housaye founded the law firm of De La Housaye & Associates in 2000 with the goal of giving clients small-firm attention and large-firm expertise at competitive rates. The attorneys and legal professionals at De La Housaye & Associates bring extensive combined experience in civil litigation and business law, as well as a commitment to providing compassionate, personal attention to their client base.

A graduate of Loyola Law School , Ms. De La Housaye is a Member of the Business Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Business Section of the California State Bar as well as the National Women's Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Business Law Section and Sole Practitioner and Small Business Section of the California State Bar. Ms. De La Housaye began her legal career in 1989 as a civil litigator with the firm Bodkin, McCarthy, Sargent & Smith in Los Angeles where she honed her expertise in business civil litigation appellate work, business entity formation, employment disputes and transactional work.

In 1996 Ms. De La Housaye joined the firm Epman & Dwyer in Culver City, California, and then formed the partnership of Epman, Dwyer & De La Housaye in 1998. As she continued to strengthen her experience in the areas of entity formation and business liability protection, she cultivated a large and diverse client list and became adept at the strategic structuring of business mergers and acquisition transactions as well as liability protection.

Ms. De La Housaye has given several speeches and presentations on entity formation, personal liability protection and succession agreements. She also has written numerous articles and theses on the topics of structuring the right entity and employer compliance issues.
